Warehouse Manager in Beaumont, TX

A trusted supplier to the petrochemical industry for over 43 years, specializing in high-quality bolts and fasteners, is seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. They serve customers nationwide with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and customer support. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day while pulling, packing, and verifying orders. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (industrial preferred)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Familiarity with MTRs preferred
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Must be a CURRENT Texas or Louisiana resident at time of application and hire in
- Must have a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
Nice To Haves
- 5 years previous warehouse, distribution, or industrial supply experience preferred
- Experience with bolts, fasteners, or similar industrial products is a plus
- Basic computer skills (order systems, shipping software, etc.) preferred
Responsibilities
- Pull, fill, and verify customer orders accurately throughout the day
- Receive incoming shipments via LTL freight carriers and UPS
- Pack and ship custom fastener orders to customers across the U.S.
- Maintain organized inventory, shelving, and warehouse layout
- Ensure all shipments meet quality and accuracy standards before dispatch
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Support overall warehouse operations and team workflow
