About The Position

As we continue to expand our North American operations, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and logistics operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, quality, and operational excellence. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management, safety, efficiency, and performance of warehouse operations supporting chemical production and distribution activities. This leadership role oversees inventory management, shipping and receiving, equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, and employee development while driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple warehouse locations. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience within the oilfield chemical, chemical manufacturing, or energy services industry and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining world-class safety standards.

Requirements

  • 8 years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics, operations, or chemical manufacturing leadership roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience leading warehouse or production teams.
  • Experience within oilfield chemicals, polymers, friction reducers, drilling fluids, chemical manufacturing, or energy services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and hazardous materials regulations.
  • Demonstrated success managing warehouse operations, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and logistics activities.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Must pass drug and alcohol screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, product storage, and material handling activities.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain inventory accuracy targets.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, environmental, and company safety standards.
  • Lead safety programs, audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver warehouse safety training programs and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous materials handling, storage, transportation, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage warehouse assets including forklifts, yard mules, ISO containers, trucks, blenders, pumps, and related equipment.
  • Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Ensure all equipment inspections, certifications, and maintenance records are maintained.
  • Support QA/QC initiatives and ensure adherence to product quality standards.
  • Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, work instructions, and operational procedures.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel and supervisors.
  • Establish performance expectations and accountability across the team.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and operational strategy.
