About The Position

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. Requirements

5+ years of warehouse management experience required
Previous leadership experience managing warehouse teams
Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control
Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
Coordinate the movement of raw materials and finished products
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Develop and improve warehouse processes to maximize efficiency
Monitor warehouse safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
Analyze warehouse performance and recommend operational improvements
