We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our Denver team and help shape the next phase of our warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Forklift certified (or able to show current, valid forklift certification at hire).
  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with manual labor (wrapping, pallet de-construction, material counting, loading/unloading).
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, and documentation.
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive — you take ownership of keeping the warehouse running smoothly.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accept incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Deconstruct pallets, unwrap, sort, and stage materials by project, area, or delivery sequence.
  • Wrap and prepare pallets and shipments for outbound deliveries.
  • Count, label, and organize inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic full inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse, including racks, shelves, and floor space.
  • Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment to jobsites or customers.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules, freight pickups, and delivery timelines with project teams and vendors.
  • Manage packing slips, bills of lading, and basic shipping documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and communicate any delays or issues.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
  • Monitor and uphold warehouse safety standards and report hazards or equipment issues.
  • Manage warehouse timelines for incoming and outgoing materials to support project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure materials are on site when needed.
  • Help refine and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and material flow in the warehouse.
