Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience in distribution or warehouse operations
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred
Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external customers to support efficient distribution operations
Oversee all site logistics activities, including inventory management, storage optimization, and distribution performance
Plan, organize, and manage daily operations while driving process improvements and operational efficiency
Lead, coach, and develop team members, supporting training, onboarding, and performance management
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations
Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and budget performance, addressing variances as needed
Ensure proper staffing levels and support workforce planning and scheduling
Enhance customer service and overall business performance through strategic oversight and execution
