About The Position

ATS Corporation is a leading provider of automation and technology solutions globally, employing over 7,000 people. CFT Spa, a part of ATS, is a supplier of turnkey systems for the entire food and beverage production process, with approximately 900 employees. This Warehouse Manager position at CFT USA involves overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. The role also encompasses inventory control, logistics coordination, health and safety compliance, equipment and facility management, customer service, budget control, and continuous process improvement. The manager will also act as a backup to the After Sales Manager and handle security system monitoring and routine maintenance scheduling for the facility.

Requirements

  • Experience using the ERP system related to Warehouse Management and Purchasing modules
  • 10-key efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges efficiently
  • Physical activity involved, including lifting and moving heavy items
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in logistics, management engineering, or mechanical engineering)
  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in warehouse management roles, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and warehouse management software
  • Excellent knowledge of storage, handling, and safety procedures
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency
  • Aptitude for continuous improvement and technological innovation
  • Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic environments with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Overseas all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintaining control over warranty issues (spare parts)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Responsible for annual physical inventory count
  • Minimize stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and damage
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory optimization
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments
  • Schedule inbound and outbound shipments
  • Resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies
  • Handle import and export documents
  • Ensure Compliance with workplace safety regulations (OSHA), government, and company policies
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse facilities
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks etc.)
  • Ensure facility security and proper storage conditions
  • Address order issues, returns, and customer complaints
  • Ensure high accuracy and service levels in order fulfillment
  • Manage warehouse operational costs
  • Monitor supplies and equipment expenses
  • Act as a back up to the After Sales Manager
  • Responsible for the security system monitoring during office hours and as a main contact person for emergency
  • Responsible with scheduling routine Fire extinguishers, Heater, and Air Conditioning annual maintenance check
  • Responsible for the office and warehouse supplies ordering
  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage solutions, and workflow processes
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
