About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations in a fast-paced plumbing supply environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and can step in, assess the current state, and build a strong, accountable team. This is not a sit-back management role. It requires presence, leadership, and the ability to drive results daily.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading warehouse operations or teams
• Strong leadership presence, able to set expectations and follow through
• Ability to take initiative and improve processes without direction
• Hands-on approach, willing to be on the floor, not behind a desk
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory systems (Epicor Eclipse a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, building materials, or related distribution preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of warehouse employees
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, and organization
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Coordinate inbound shipments, vendor deliveries, and internal logistics
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Establish structure, processes, and expectations within the warehouse
• Identify and develop team members for growth into counter or inside sales roles
