About The Position

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse, yard, and material logistics operations in support of active construction projects. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials, tools, and equipment from vendors to job sites while maintaining accurate inventory controls, safety compliance, and cost efficiency. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in supporting uninterrupted field operations and protecting company assets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in construction or building materials
  • Strong working knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating multi-site logistics operations
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
  • Experience using inventory and asset management systems integrated with construction platforms
  • Forklift and heavy equipment certification
  • CDL license
  • Experience supporting large, multi-project construction environments
  • Familiarity with Procore, Excel-based tracking, or ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse, yard, and logistics operations including receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment
  • Implement and maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking systems to minimize loss, damage, and downtime
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with vendors, drivers, and project teams to support active job sites
  • Plan and forecast material and equipment needs in alignment with project schedules and procurement plans
  • Manage company-owned tools, equipment, and rental assets throughout their lifecycle
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, drivers, and material handlers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse and yard environment
  • Enforce company safety policies, equipment standards, and PPE requirements
  • Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
