Requirements

  • 5+ years in warehouse management and inventory control
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Skilled in developing warehouse and logistics standards
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with mechanical systems and job cost control preferred
  • Experienced in Lean warehousing and 5S practices preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations for equipment, consumables, and logistics
  • Manage warehouse inventories: monthly for consumables, annually for assets
  • Fulfill outbound orders for branches, jobsites, and Area Wide Events (AWEs)
  • Ensure warehouse safety, organization, and adherence to Lean 5S practices
  • Maintain equipment standards for cleanliness and operational readiness
  • Oversee readiness and management of the Large Loss Trailer fleet
  • Staff and manage laydown yards during AWEs, including setup and wind-down
  • Implement daily operational logistics goals: shipping, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor stock levels, submit replenishment orders, and manage inbound/outbound shipments efficiently
  • Develop monthly reports tracking project timelines, metrics, and productivity
  • Conduct physical inventories and ensure timely, cost-effective freight management
  • Train regional staff on 5S discipline, asset tracking, and inventory reporting
  • Review vendor invoices for finance accruals and assign costs appropriately
  • Support process simplification and standardization to enhance logistics efficiency
  • Must be flexible to travel on short notice, including potential international travel; valid passport required
