The Warehouse Manager I is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing safe and effective operations of the assigned EarthScope warehouse, including coordination of preventative and corrective maintenance of the facility executing shipping and receiving and inventory management. The Warehouse Manager I is accountable for all Government property, company-owned property and EarthScope instrumentation, engagement, and administrative inventory on behalf of EarthScope Consortium, Inc. This position manages warehouse operations at the EarthScope Primary Instrument Center (EPIC) in New Mexico, balancing responsibilities across international shipping compliance, warehouse organization and space management, shipment processing, and inventory and property accountability. The Warehouse Manager I ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient operations of the facility, accurate documentation in coordination with EarthScope’s inventory and compliance requirements, and effective processing of inbound and outbound shipments. This role also carries responsibility for training and knowledge sharing with Operations staff across multiple facilities to strengthen organizational capacity in logistics and trade compliance.
