Requirements

5-7 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management or related field)
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily Distribution Center operations to achieve goals related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, customer satisfaction, and inventory management.
Manage production schedules, labor utilization, budgets, overtime, and operational expenses while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for supervisors and employees, ensuring a high-performance, engaged workforce.
Identify and resolve operational challenges, including staffing, material availability, equipment issues, and workflow disruptions to maintain operational efficiency.
Support talent management activities, including hiring, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and disciplinary actions.
Administer key departmental functions, including payroll approval, attendance management, employee documentation, policy compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other business partners.
