About The Position

Uline is hiring a Warehouse Management Trainee for its Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Through an 18-month rotational program, the trainee will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and leadership, including work across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments. The role develops warehouse management skills focused on accuracy, safety, and performance. Forklift and warehouse equipment certifications are completed during the rotations. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM. Pay is $32 to $36 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, with significant growth and earning potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning.
