About The Position

This is a paid internship for Summer 2027 at Uline's Irving warehouse. The program offers hands-on training and real-world job experience in warehouse management, backed by Uline's 45+ years of success. Uline is a 2026 Handshake Early Talent Award-winning company.

Requirements

• This full-time internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Seeking a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management or supply chain.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in warehouse departments including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control and facilities.
• Prepare for a future leadership role by learning how to develop and support warehouse teams.
• Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
• Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking and inventory control.
