Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
1 year of experience
Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance tasks on conveyors, automation, and other warehouse equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical issues
Perform minor building maintenance
Ensure proper operation of battery charger racks
Perform repairs as needed on all conveyors and bar code readers
Schedule major repairs with outside vendors
Maintain facility grounds including keeping sidewalks free from snow, ice, or other debris and replacing office and warehouse light bulbs
Perform other related duties as assigned
