About The Position

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Warehouse Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on the various packaging and conveyor equipment in our Warehouse. The base hourly rate of pay starts at $30 per hour depending on experience and $1/hour 2nd shift premium.

Requirements

1 or more years of warehouse maintenance experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math, measuring and computer skills
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
Able to lift 50 lbs. and bend, reach, and stand for long periods
Read, write, and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions in English
Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair all plant equipment and machinery
Perform troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems as they occur
Complete all preventative maintenance activities in a timely manner
Maintain material handling systems such as conveyors and sortation equipment
Maintain battery-powered equipment
Maintain building and grounds
Assist and perform semi-skilled tasks in maintenance, repair, and construction for building upkeep
Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance
Perform other duties as assigned
