About The Position

BRS is a family-owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving South Jersey. This role is for a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, vendor relationships, and field teams. The individual will manage purchasing, inventory, installation staging, and warranty claims, ensuring technicians and installers have the necessary materials when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience with purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Sharp attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar ERP/inventory software.
• DOT certification.
• Background in warranty administration and claims processing.
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics and route optimization.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, equipment, and supplies, and manage vendor relationships to get the best price, quality, and service.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and stock shipments, and keep purchasing/receiving records up to date.
• Stage and coordinate materials for upcoming installations, and troubleshoot last-minute material needs.
• Manage the warranty claims process from start to finish, including vendor coordination and returns.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and secure — including cycle counts and tool accountability.
• Serve as the communication hub between vendors, technicians, installers, dispatch, and management.
