About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating all material and product movements within the facility. The operator will use equipment such as a yard dog to move semi-trailers and transport steel, and operate RTG (Rough Terrain Gantry) equipment to relocate materials and sections. The position also involves performing cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and cross-training to support other operational areas as needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand shipping environment and possess strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand shipping environment with strong attention to detail and minimal clerical errors.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• General understanding of a high-volume, customer-driven manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn and operate forklifts, rough terrain gantries, and semi-trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.
