The Warehouse and Logistics Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across logistics and warehouse functions to ensure reliable supply, optimized cost, and world-class service performance. This role is accountable for developing end-to-end fulfillment and distribution strategies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and building a high-performance, safety-first operations culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with materials, fabrication, inventory systems, and ERP platforms
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of project management disciplines and best practices
  • Highly organized with the ability to deliver detailed, accurate work in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designations (SCMP, CPSM, APICS/CSCP) are an asset

Responsibilities

  • Oversee integrated manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics operations to ensure reliable production flow, service level achievement, and operational efficiency.
  • Develops and executes inventory, distribution, and logistics strategies that ensure supply continuity and scalable operations.
  • Builds high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Ensures all operational areas operate safely and comply with regulatory, environmental, and trade requirements.
  • Drives cost optimization across logistics and operations while protecting product quality and customer service.
  • Implements Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and standardize processes.
  • Ensures ERP and operational systems produce reliable data, actionable insights, and operational transparency.
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and service partners to improve resilience and performance.
