About The Position
Texas Tissue Converting is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse / Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and transportation coordination within our growing manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or converting industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and material flow
- Coordinate transportation schedules and carrier relationships
- Lead and develop warehouse staff to ensure safety, productivity, and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and audits
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Identify process improvements to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and customer service teams
