About The Position

Ferraro Foods is seeking a hardworking, dependable Warehouse Loader to build and load outgoing orders accurately and on time for customers across the food industry. The role involves handling dry, refrigerated, and frozen products in a multi-temperature warehouse, including refrigerated and freezer areas. Loaders work with a team to keep operations safe and efficient, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 6:00 PM and ending at shift finish. Pay is $18.50–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull product weighing up to 80 pounds repeatedly throughout the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks using load sheets.
• Move product throughout the warehouse using electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Load dry, refrigerated, and frozen products accurately and safely.
• Stack and shrink-wrap pallets to maintain load integrity.
• Assist with staging, unloading, and organizing incoming and returned products.
• Restock and repack damaged or mis-loaded items.
• Work with the team to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
