This role involves unloading incoming furniture shipments, moving products within the facility, and preparing merchandise for distribution. The position offers a production-based pay structure, allowing associates to increase their earnings based on their productivity. Requirements

• Repeatedly lift and move items weighing approximately 50–100 lbs.
• Remain active and on your feet for extended periods.
• Work safely while handling large or bulky products.
• Follow instructions and established procedures.
• Work effectively alongside other warehouse associates.
• Maintain dependable attendance.
• Stay focused and productive throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload furniture and other products from inbound trailers.
• Safely handle and move large or heavy pieces throughout the facility.
• Stage merchandise in designated areas.
• Work with your team to complete daily unloading assignments.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Follow proper lifting, handling, and workplace safety procedures.
• Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as operational needs require.
