About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Loader/Unloader for a client in Huntsville, AL. As a warehouse Laborer, you will assist with various daily warehouse duties. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires employees to remain active and on their feet throughout the entire shift. This is not a seated position. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturing company.

Requirements

• Must be able to easily lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday.
• Closed-toe shoes required
• Must pass a Drug Screen & Background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Move, lift, and organize materials and items throughout the warehouse.
• Clean and maintain warehouse work areas.
• Pick up and dispose of trash and unwanted items in large dumpsters.
• Perform general warehouse labor and cleanup duties.
• Assist with any additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and instructions.
• Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled.
• Willing to perform a variety of warehouse and general labor duties.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
