About The Position

At Ferraro Foods, our warehouse team plays an important role in making sure customer orders are prepared accurately and ready for delivery. We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Loader – Multi-Function team member who can support multiple warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
Ability to follow instructions and safe working practices
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 80 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift
A minimum of six months of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
Previous experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or stock pickers preferred

Responsibilities

Select and separate products by customer account and stop number using computer-generated labels
Match product descriptions to order labels to help ensure accuracy
Build pallets according to customer and delivery requirements
Operate a stand-up electric pallet jack to move completed orders to the appropriate staging area
Support loading, staging, and other warehouse functions as needed
Maintain productivity standards while minimizing errors
Return completed selecting documents to the appropriate collection area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain safe work practices
Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
Assist with additional warehouse duties and special projects as needed
