About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Lift Operator to join our team in Woonsocket, RI. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for operating an industrial forklift to transport products, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various temperature zones.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift or electric pallet jack experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift, push, and move up to 75 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. using safe lifting practices)
• Must be able to work in all warehouse temperature zones, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and meet performance goals
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial forklift to transport products throughout the warehouse
• Move palletized product from receiving docks to designated storage locations
• Replenish pick locations from overstock inventory
• Hand stack products on and off pallets as needed
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and safely operate warehouse equipment
• Transport damaged products to designated areas
• Maintain clean aisles and organized warehouse storage
• Follow all company safety policies, food safety standards, and PPE requirements
