About The Position

Our Operations Department is looking for a Warehouse Level I to work with our Warehouse team. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High School or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Read, understand, and carry out written instructions
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the defined SOP
Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT
Able to regularly lift and/or safely lift and handle heavy loads, both manually and with devices

Nice To Haves

Basic Advance Pro (AP) knowledge considered an asset
Forklift experience considered an asset
Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment considered an asset

Responsibilities

Perform general warehouse duties in a timely manner with direction from supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Safely assist in the loading and unloading of transport vehicles
Properly pick and pack items according to company standards
Prepare outbound shipments according to QA standards
Transact and process material in the Warehouse system
Physically receive and document inbound shipments using BOL’s, in accordance with established process and procedures
Inspect and report non-conformances on inbound shipments (physical damage, missing parts, part/serial number mismatches)
Utilize courier/freight forwarder software (i.e. FedEx Ship Manager)
Prepare and organize orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Maintain strict adherence to company personal conduct policies
Perform other job-related duties as required
