About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role will lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflows. It involves coordinating receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities with a focus on accuracy and service. The lead will also coach, train, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives, monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position will partner with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to meet customer and business needs.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and functions.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination.
