Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, RF scanners, and warehouse management processes
- Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving
- Proven leadership and people management skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
- Strong computer proficiency (Excel, reporting, tracking systems)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly and stand for most of the shift
- High school diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Coach, train, and direct team members to achieve accuracy and productivity goals
- Monitor workflow, warehouse layout, and storage efficiency
- Support safety compliance and ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with management, purchasing, and transportation teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries
- Assist with system implementation, process improvement, and special projects as needed
