About The Position

Willow Tree is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and support production within a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. This is a hands-on role where 75% of the time is dedicated to physical tasks such as picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, moving pallets, and stocking products. The remaining 25% involves computer-based tasks, including data entry into QuickBooks and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses strong leadership capabilities, making this a significant role within the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years warehouse or plant experience (food manufacturing a plus)
• Previous Lead experience
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and staff
• Picking Orders for Customers
• Manage inventory, storage layout, and product rotation
• Oversee receiving, deliveries, and vendor coordination
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse
• Establish and maintain min/max inventory levels
• Coordinate with Production, HR, and other departments
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support training and development of warehouse team members
• Work with maintenance to ensure equipment is operating properly
