About The Position

They specialize in functional LED technology for indoor and outdoor applications. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely distribution of lighting products to customers, emphasizing reliable service and safety-first execution. This is an in-person role located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including truck loading/unloading and organization
• Proficiency on sit-down and Reach forklift equipment
• Ability to lift/push/move up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving flow, including staging, loading, and unloading
• Provide hands-on direction to the team, balancing workflow and staffing needs
• Train, onboard, and coach associates; reinforce accountability and performance standards
• Track productivity and quality, enter data, and produce daily metrics reports
• Promote safe material handling and support continuous improvement efforts
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
