About The Position

Jered, a PAR Systems company, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling activities that directly support production and customer requirements. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating inventory activities, supporting production material kitting, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and issued. You'll work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to support production schedules, inventory accuracy, and process compliance. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership capability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Inventory processing knowledge and experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and work process software (ERP systems such as Jobscope or Visibility preferred)
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and handle physical requirements of warehouse work
• US Persons

• Ability to read blueprints
• Woodworking or crating experience
• Prior experience training employees
