About The Position

eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms. Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently opened a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually. Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas in summer 2025 and is rapidly scaling to support high-volume, high-quality product media capture at unprecedented speed and scale. The Warehouse Lead supports and guides daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, product preparation, and shipment. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager and serves as a floor-based leader driving productivity, accuracy, safety, and team performance leading their shift. The Warehouse Lead sets the standard for operational excellence by leading by example, troubleshooting on the floor, and ensuring consistent execution of warehouse processes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
  • Servant leadership mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or handheld RF scanners
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
  • Dependable attendance and high level of accountability
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification preferred; Forklift certification required within the first 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily shift assignments and support workflow across receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping functions
  • Train, mentor, and coach Warehouse Associates to uphold accuracy, safety, and productivity standards
  • Monitor team performance against throughput and quality metrics
  • Promote a safety-first culture and model company policies and OSHA compliance
  • Partner with the other cross-functional leaders in achieving production goals for the shift
  • Step in alongside the team to perform hands-on operational work as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory across storage and staging areas, ensuring stages are consistently stocked so Creative Associates can shoot without interruption
  • Track product movement from storage to stage, resolving discrepancies and escalating exceptions as needed
  • Monitor replenishment needs and coordinate restocking to prevent gaps in production flow
  • Oversee the receipt of incoming products, ensuring all items are accurately verified and labeled for proper tracking within the production system
  • Stage products on designated carts for immediate capture or organize and store items in outbound holding areas until a capture request is initiated
  • Supervise and coordinate outbound exit pick activities, maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring all scheduled departures are completed accurately and on time
