About The Position

At CJ Logistics, we’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving, training, and improving processes. The Warehouse Lead will supervise and coordinate daily tasks for Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow. They will provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices. This role involves conducting audits, monitoring warehouse procedures, and assisting in process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The Warehouse Lead will also assist in scheduling and planning, working closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation. Additionally, they will foster a positive work environment by helping resolve conflicts, promoting teamwork, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role includes supporting warehouse operations by stepping in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.

Requirements

3+ years of related work experience
Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!
Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!

Responsibilities
