About The Position
Prime Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Warehouse Lead who is ready to learn and available to start immediately. This role involves guiding and supporting warehouse employees, assigning daily tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring accurate completion of orders and warehouse duties. The position also includes assisting with training new employees, communicating operational concerns to management, and reinforcing safety procedures. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and assisting with various warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and packing are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be able and available to work weekends
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be able to start immediately
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not required
- Forklift experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
