Requirements

  • 4 Years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 Years of experience in the position's field.
  • 4 Years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle).
  • Intermediate knowledge of storage systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to analyze information.
  • High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • 6 Years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • 6 Years of experience working in the position's field.
  • 6 Years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
  • Associate's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the communication flow to load finished product onto trailers.
  • Prepare documentation including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Communicate instructions to equipment operators within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate trailer loading locations.
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading of finished product.
  • Review operator and carrier data in the Tracking Platform.
  • Ensure food safety practices and SQF System requirements are maintained.
  • Communicate any deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products.
  • Perform any other reasonable and safe tasks assigned by a manager or supervisor.
