Requirements

4 Years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
4 Years of experience in the position's field.
4 Years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle).
Intermediate knowledge of storage systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
Ability to resolve conflicts.
Ability to analyze information.
High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

6 Years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
6 Years of experience working in the position's field.
6 Years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
Associate's Degree

Responsibilities

Lead and support the communication flow to load finished product onto trailers.
Prepare documentation including bills of lading and invoices.
Communicate instructions to equipment operators within the warehouse.
Coordinate trailer loading locations.
Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading of finished product.
Review operator and carrier data in the Tracking Platform.
Ensure food safety practices and SQF System requirements are maintained.
Communicate any deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products.
Perform any other reasonable and safe tasks assigned by a manager or supervisor.
