About The Position

Summary: The Warehouse Lead supports the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the warehouse. This position is responsible for leading team members and stepping into a supervisory role as needed. In This Role, You’ll Have The Opportunity To: Act as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure proper order coverage Run the warehouse independently when needed Load and unload product using a forklift/clamp truck Complete SAP receiving of pack slips, propane slips, etc. Use SAP to generate picking paperwork, labels, and Bills of Lading Complete quality audits of staged product Assist in managing inventory and complete inventory audits Lead warehouse employees Perform other duties as assigned What You Need To Succeed: Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a leadership or lead role. Forklift certification with the ability to train and certify others. Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems. Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of warehouse experience 2+ years of experience driving a forklift 1+ year of leadership or lead experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus. Familiarity with SAP Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse setting requiring physical activity, including lifting, bending, and operating equipment. May require working in varying temperatures.

Requirements

  • Forklift experience (Clamp Truck preferred)
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Good problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Teams preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a leadership or lead role.
  • Forklift certification with the ability to train and certify others.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
