About The Position

American Lumper Services is seeking a strong leader for their small day shift team. This is a working lead position where you will lead by example, set goals for the team, and guide them in performing excellent work. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, self-driven, and willing to take the initiative. You'll need to be able to think quickly on your feet, stand for extended periods, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. This is a direct hire, full-time position (40 hours a week).
