About The Position

At CJ Logistics, we are looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving, training, and improving processes. The pay range is $24.96 per hour plus a $0.75 per hour shift differential. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
• Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
• Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.
• Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
