About The Position

Sway is hiring a part-time Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations in a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to support daily fulfillment and outbound flow. The position serves as the on-site point person during the morning shift, coordinating the team and responding to questions. It also offers the opportunity to grow into more senior warehouse or lead roles, including full-time roles, as the team expands. The role is onsite in Richmond, California, with morning shifts from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Pay is $24.00 per hour. Part-time employees are eligible for paid time off (PTO).

Requirements

Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification.
Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and organize inventory accurately.
Assist with managing incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout.
Help train and guide new associates on standard operating procedures.
Serve as the on-site point person during the shift for team coordination and questions.
Communicate delivery issues, delays, and other concerns to the HQ team.
Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed.
Double-check shipments, delivery photos, and labels for accuracy.
Share ideas with the Operations Manager to improve process efficiency.
Suggest workflow improvements to make the team’s work easier.
Help ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed each shift.
