About The Position

The Warehouse Lead assists the RDC Operations Manager and other management with training, coaching, onboarding, daily operations, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company and mixing center policies and procedures. The role supports productivity by delegating work to team members while maintaining quality, inventory accuracy, and associate safety. The Warehouse Lead performs warehousing, product movement, and inventory duties, provides management with feedback on team member performance, and assists with administering the ATD safety program.

The position collaborates with management on daily goals, inventory levels, timelines, planned workflows, and team performance. It supports communication between team members and management, completes process, accuracy, and production reports, delivers on-the-job and cross-training, and recommends process improvements. The role works with management to maintain inventory integrity and target an inventory variance of 2% or less.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years of related experience preferred.

• Skills in policy and procedures, storage, traffic and vehicle planning, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between team members and management, supporting clear communication and resolution of issues.
• Follow company policies and department procedures and report team member non-compliance to a supervisor or manager.
• Assist in administering the safety program and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the supervisor or manager on goals, inventory levels, timelines, and objectives.
• Lead the team in achieving established objectives and coordinate planned workflow according to management directives.
• Complete process, accuracy, and production reports aligned with daily goals and communicate findings to operations management.
• Conduct on-the-job training and cross-training for new and existing associates using SEAL onboarding tools and processes.
• Support team members in fulfilling their roles and provide resources to help them perform effectively.
• Provide feedback to management about team member job performance as needed.
• Recommend process improvements and support implementation.
• Work with management to maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, targeting an inventory variance of 2% or less.
• Perform warehousing, product movement, and inventory functions within the RDC.
