As a Warehouse Associate/Route Back-Up, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and supporting the sales team. This position requires occasional driving as a back-up route driver in support of the sales team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of sales experience preferred
Prior warehouse and DSD/truck to store sales experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean DMV record
Ability to work independently in various settings
Basic computer and math abilities

Responsibilities

Start work at 5 am
Receive and unload shipments
Organize inventory and maintain accurate records
Pick, pack, and fill orders
Clean and maintain the warehouse
Inspect product conditions and inventory
Communicate internally regarding inventory and orders
Assist in inventory validation and periodic counts
Operate equipment such as lift trucks and pallet jacks
Use handheld devices for transactions and data management
Occasionally provide Route Relief as a driver to cover absences and merchandising support
