About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead (Outbound)-1st Shift at our Dallas, TX facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $24.00- $26.00 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead to oversee key warehouse operations, including trailer inspections, trailer swaps, and auditing pallet shipments. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, effectively communicate with carriers and customer service, and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency in the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma OR GED (General Education Degree) from an accreditied institution.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of trailers to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with carriers to manage trailer swaps efficiently.
  • Verify that the Bill of Lading matches the picklists for accurate shipping and receiving.
  • Inspect pallets received on the dock and those loaded into trailers to ensure accuracy and condition.
  • Address and resolve issues communicated via email from customer service in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor and manage the production rates and quality of the picking process.
  • Ensure dock loaders maintain high quality and meet on-time delivery requirements.
  • Oversee the Post Goods Issue (PGI) process, ensuring correct and efficient order processing.
