About The Position

Imperial Dade is seeking a Warehouse Lead Associate for their Loma Linda location. This role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am or until finished. The Warehouse Lead will train new selectors and other warehouse employees on the selection process and safety-related issues, audit pallets and work, and assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality. They will also collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary, investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries, prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms, maintain files, develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations, and develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.

Requirements

• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Double Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred
• RF Scanner experience preferred
