Requirements

Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar supervisory role in a warehouse environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in using warehouse software and systems.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to physically handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Further education or certification in logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assign work and provide instructions to warehouse associates, setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable.
Ensure all customer orders are picked, shipped accurately, and within required timeframes.
Maintain accuracy in inventory through effective organization and detailed record-keeping.
Uphold safety standards, ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for all stakeholders, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Identify and resolve any operational discrepancies and improve processes to prevent future issues.
Operate cherry pickers, forklifts and other material handling equipment as necessary.
Keep accurate documentation for all warehouse activities and provide reports to management.
