About The Position

BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, with over 50 years of experience, provides filtration services to buildings across Canada. The company is seeking a self-starter to join its Edmonton Warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial in ensuring customers receive goods and services to maintain clean indoor air environments, reflecting BGE's commitment to safely delivering clean, healthy indoor air.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required.
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50lbs.
Safety focused mindset: Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures and actively seeking ways to improve safety.
Outstanding verbal communication abilities: Articulate ideas clearly, listen actively to understand customer needs, and respond effectively with empathy and professionalism.
Keen eye for details (Detail Oriented).
Thrives both working collaboratively as part of a team but executes tasks proficiently while working independently as well (Team Oriented).

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, cannabis and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

Perform various shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring orders are picked and packed accurately and in a timely manner to customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a hazard-free work environment for all team members.
Participate in the health and safety program, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and diligently document any incidents or near misses.
