Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Safety focused mindset: Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures and actively seeking ways to improve safety.
- Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive both working collaboratively as part of a team but execute tasks proficiently while working independently.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, cannabis and alcohol test.
Responsibilities
- Performing various shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring orders are picked and packed accurately in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a hazard-free work environment for all team members.
- Participating in the health and safety program.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Diligently documenting any incidents or near misses.
