About The Position
This role involves a variety of activities including operating earthmoving equipment, friction and hydraulic cranes, forklifts, and small hand tools. Responsibilities also include cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor equipment repairs. The work environment is exclusively outdoors, exposing the individual to all weather extremes. The job requires an alert individual with good eyesight, hearing, balance, and physical strength. Crane operators must meet specific physical requirements. Minimum qualifications include constant sitting, reaching, and grasping, with occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, and use of hand tools. All aspects of vision are required, as is the ability to talk and hear for communication. Workers may be exposed to inclement weather, extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust from construction operations.

- Crane operators must meet physical requirements established by applicable ASME/ANSI standards
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
