About The Position

The warehouse material handler is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy. This position operates material handling equipment, prepares customer orders, loads and unloads deliveries, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred; training may be provided.
  • RF scanner and inventory system experience is a plus.
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to learn company procedures.
  • Warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Safe material handling practices.
  • Forklift and pallet jack operation.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all work is completed timely and effectively.
  • Pull and package customer orders accurately.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Load and unload trucks and maintain a clean work area.
