About The Position
Join us at our newly built facility in Cedarburg! Wilo USA LLC is a subsidiary of Wilo SE, which is headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Wilo is one of the leading manufacturers of pumps & pump systems for heating, cooling & air-conditioning solutions, water supply, and sewage & drainage. Wilo USA acquired Weil Pump and Scot Pump in 2017, American-Marsh Pumps in 2019 and QuantumFlo in October 2021 and Plad in 2023. Position Summary This role consists of ensuring that production orders are picked (kitted) properly to the specific line. In addition to kitting, the role will also include updating item locations and quantities with the computer systems.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills for data entry
- Ability to drive forklift and/or standup up lifts
- Ability to multitask
- Must be reliable, flexible and a team player
- Willing to cross train in other areas

Responsibilities
- Verify information provided by production planner
- Supply production lines with proper materials for assembly
- Communicate with production planning, supervisors and operators
- Respond quickly to immediate needs of production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Safe operations of mobile equipment (Big Joe, Tugger, Forklifts)
- Interface with computer systems to support production and warehouse activities
