About The Position

VIP, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to support clients in the Walmart Distribution Center in Apple Valley. This role involves working directly with a small group of 3 clients, providing guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed in the box processing department. The goal is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build the skills needed to succeed in the workplace and thrive independently.

Requirements

Available to work Thursday - Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Must be 21 years or older.
High school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license.
Current auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred.
Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Working on-site at the Walmart Distribution Center in the box processing department.
Providing hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence.
Monitoring productivity to ensure team goals are met.
Identifying each client’s strengths and growth areas, and providing one-on-one training when needed.
Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers.
Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners.
