About The Position
The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in buildings and facilities. The role includes operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and performing general janitorial duties as needed. The position is located at 4660 N. Cotton Lane, Goodyear, AZ 85395. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m., depending on availability. Pay is $16.59 per hour, paid weekly; the specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. This may be a good opportunity for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. - Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock them with necessary supplies.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Follow assigned work schedules and route cards, and report barriers.
- Move cabinets, furniture, boxes, crates, and equipment manually or with hand trucks to clean areas.
- Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate solutions and tools.
- Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Wipe down furniture, appliances, and equipment.
- Follow proper procedures when using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damaging surfaces and fixtures.
- Notify management when building systems need repairs or additions.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Adhere to company, client, and regulatory safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
